The SALD-2300 laser diffraction particle size analyzer is now compatible with data integrity requirements. Connecting LabSolutions SALD to the LabSolutions system, with its proven compatibility with ER/ES regulations, enables confident, reliable data management. In addition to SALD data, consolidated management is available for LC, GC, and UV data.

Data Integrity and Report Set
Data integrity refers to the assurance that all the data has been collected and that it is free from defects or non-conformities. In other words, it is necessary to present not only the data itself but also the meta data (conditions settings, data analysis and other results of processes in which human hands have intervened) in a form that can be clearly seen for verification. This is provided by Report Set.
Reliable LabSolutions Software
Two data management methods are available depending on the laboratory situation. LabSolutions network management can be used with the SALD-2300.
LabSolutions SALD + LabSolutions Manager DB
(Stand-alone system)
With this system, database-mediated data management and user management are performed from a single acquisition controller PC for compatibility with ER/ES directives and other regulations. This is recommended for customers who require compatibility with ER/ES regulations without a network connection and who are limited to a stand-alone system with a single PC.
LabSolutions SALD + LabSolutions Manager CS
(Network system)
With this system, LabSolutions SALD can be added as an acquisition controller to the LabSolutions CS analysis network data management system. Server-based consolidated management is provided for the acquired data. This is recommended for customers with many users, require compatibility with ER/ES regulations, and need server-based management together with LC/GC data.
