DOSINACO for anticoagulants in plasma
Alsachim, a Shimadzu Group Comapny, developed DOSINACO, a reagent kit enabling the simultaneous quantification of 9 anticoagulants in plasma (Acenocoumarol, Apixaban, Argatroban, Betrixaban, Dabigatran, Edoxaban, Fluindione, Rivaroxaban and Warfarin) using LC-MS/MS.
DOSINACO is the first Multiplex reagent kit for anticoagulants in the market.
The kit is a ready-to-use diagnostic device with all the components and accessories required to monitor anticoagulants in patient sample.

DOSINACO a turnkey solution:
3 sets composed by: calibrator Set (with 6 levels and blank), Internal Standard Set and Control Set (with 4 levels)
ready-to-use consumables: Mobile Phase A, Mobile Phase B, System Cleaning Phase, extraction and reconstitution buffer, analytical column, LC vials, microtubes
DOSINACO is available for 200 analysis and delivered with all documentation (analytical and sample method, quality data sheet, etc.).
The kit of 200 analyses is composed of: Mobiles Phases A & B, Cleaning phase, extraction/reconstitution buffer, Controls, Calibrators, Internal Standards and analytical column.
